How Do You Cope With Stress, Mommies?

A few weeks ago, one of my friends sent me a message in Facebook. She’s just given birth to her second child that time and her eldest was just a year old. She was getting worried because she was always feeling depressed and angry because she no longer have time for herself .

Our Paradise Adventure Camp Experience

Last week, I accompanied my daughter on her school field trip in Bulacan. This time around though, unlike her previous field trips, we only had one destination in our itinerary and that is the Paradise Adventure Camp and Resort in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

Paradise Adventure Camp and Resort is an activity center where you can hold educational field trips, team building activities, scouting, camping and retreats. They also have swimming pools for water related activities. So that night, she kept worrying, “What if you don’t come and parents can watch? I’ll be the only one without a mommy there. Kaya lang if you go to school naman tapos parents are not allowed you will just get tired.” So to calm her down, I told her I’ll be there; allowed or not allowed. “And don’t worry about me getting tired, I’m a super mom, ‘di ba?” With that she relaxed and stopped worrying.
